Hey, I’m Kong š
My story, it all began in university. I was lucky enough to study in one of Thailandās few fully equipped foundry programs. The first time I saw molten steel glowing in the furnace, I was hooked ! I watched our professor added ferro-alloys into the swirling metal, adjusting the chemistry like a modern-day alchemist.
That moment lit a fire in me and a passion that hasnāt faded away.
Since then, Iāve followed that passion in both my career and personal life. Iāve worked with many foundries, solved tough problems, and kept learning every step of the way.
Finally, I strongly believe that knowledge and experience shouldnāt be kept to ourselves. Sharing is how we grow together, improve our work, and keep the passion alive. I hope something I share lights a spark in you, just like the same way my professor lit one in me.
More About Me
ā2017-2018
My first job in foundry was working at m5 Engineering (Magmasoft).
This is where I gained a lot of experience and knowledge from solving casting problems through combining casting simulation and real shopfloor practices.
ā 2019-2020
After Magmasoft, the Covid hit and kind of during finding myself to fit in the adult world. I ran into couple job in small business. I have learned many things out of my competence such as Online marketing, Sale and E-comerece.
š2020-Now
Luckily, I found myself back into foundry industry where I love. I started as a technical engineer at SAHAVIT Foundry.
I put my hand on dirt helping my team developing plenty new products and systemizing our production process.
